PAYMENT
By default, payment for all orders is required in full prior to shipment. Net terms may be extended to accounts that have an established order history with us. Term payments maybe paid via credit card or check. Accounts with a past-due balance may have newor scheduled orders delayed until payment is received in full for past-due balances.
SHIPPING + HANDLING
All domestic shipping and handling will be included in your invoice under a flat rate of $15 and charged at the time of payment. We ship via insured USPS Priority Mail. All orders ship from our Studio in Somerville, Massachussets. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a valid shipping address and to notify us should you have a carrier preference other than our default carrier. Mind’s Eye Collective is not responsible for any carrier delays or lost packages once your order has shipped, however we will do our very best to work with you to resolve any issues that arise. International order shipping is not covered under the $15 flat fee and will be calculated at the time of payment.International customers are responsible for paying all customs and duties fees.
DISPLAY + PACKAGING
Our pieces will arrive with packaging either on or accompanying, ready for assembly (minimal). All of our work must be displayed and sold in their original packaging or with information about the maker present. Please email us if you have any packaging requests/requirements. We understand you may need to unpackage pieces for merchandising and creating your beautiful displays--we do not require permission for this! Please feel free to contact us should you like custom display pieces for our work.
SELLING ONLINE
To protect our copyright, intellectual property and original artwork, we require that full credit is given to Mind’s Eye Collective for each product displayed online. We do not allow our work to be sold on third-party online marketplaces(ie. Amazon, Etsy, E-Bay etc.). Gross negligence or willful misconduct will result in account suspension or termination.By placing an order, you acknowledge you have read and agree to our wholesale terms listed. Terms are subject to change, request a current copy at anytime.
