Shipping and Returns


Processing and Production Time 

  • Please allow up to a week for processing and completion of regular orders, and up to 2 weeks for customs orders, into the Postal stream. 
  • Please understand that we are a small business and every piece is made by hand, just for you!

Shipping

Domestic (United States) Orders

  • Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Packages are 6" x 9", 100% post-consumer recycled padded paper mailers, shipping labels are 100% recycled/recyclable (as is the zero-waste release liner) and any tape you might see is plant-based and biodegradable.
  • Orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days, although can take up to or greater than a week. 

International Orders

  • Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).  
  • Packages are 6" x 9", 100% post-consumer recycled padded paper mailers, shipping labels are 100% recycled/recyclable (as is the zero-waste release liner) and any tape you might see is plant-based and biodegradable.
  • Orders generally arrive within 1-2 weeks, although can take up to or greater than a month. 
  • Many countries require a VAT or Import fee at Customs to complete delivery. Please check with your local Postal Service or department of trade to confirm and assess the rate before purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these fees, and Mind’s Eye Collective cannot check them on your behalf.
  • Prior to ordering, please check the shipping restrictions of jewelry to your country if you are not sure. 

ALL DELIVERY TIMES LISTED ARE ESTIMATES. If you have a special shipping request or deadline to meet, please email minds.eye.collective3@gmail.com and give us a heads up.

Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are emailed to you in a Shipping Confirmation upon packages entering the postal system.
  • Please understand that once packages enter the postal system, it is quite literally out of our hands, meaning that Mind’s Eye Collective does not have authority over or additional knowledge of packages in transit.
  • If you feel a package is taking a long time or appears to be stuck in one location, please feel free to call your local post office for additional information.
  • Tracking on INTERNATIONAL orders generally ends once packages have left the USPS and entered the country of delivery’s service.

Missing Packages

  • In the event that your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you, however, Mind’s Eye Collective cannot be held responsible once a package is confirmed as delivered.
  • We highly recommend you list a mailing address that is safe and secure for package delivery.

Order Errors

  • In the event that you make a mistake on your order, don’t sweat it, just please be sure to contact us a soon as possible @minds.eye.collective3@gmail.com or via the Contact Me section in the Connect tab
  •  In an effort to send out orders as quickly as possible, we ask that you notify us of any order changes/errors within 24/hrs. If your order has already been shipped in the 24 hours, we will work with you to get you the pieces that you wanted.
  • Please note, Custom Orders, Limited Editions and One of A Kinds are final sale, regardless of error.

Cancelations

  • All sales are final.

Returns 

  • Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final.
  • If for any reason jewelry arrives broken or damaged, please email us at minds.eye.collective3@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged pieces and we will work to get you a replacement to you as soon as possible
