Can I track my package?
Yes! All orders come with a tracking number, which is emailed to you in a Shipping Confirmation email. If you do not see this email, check your spam folder and then shoot us an email so we can resend it! For more information, check out the Shipping and Returns section of the About tab.
I care about the Earth! Will my order be plastic free?
One of our highest values outside of design at Mind’s Eye Collective is caring for the Earth. Everything we have and everything we are is because of her and it is our great passion to make sure we do everything we can to live and operate sustainable. Before pieces are even shipped, we make sure to work with our material suppliers to reduce and eliminate plastic packaging and design our branded items to be as sustainable as possible. Every package shipped from us is plastic-free--orders go out in 100% post-consumer recycled padded paper mailers, shipping labels are 100% recycled/recyclable (as is the zero-waste release liner) and any tape you might see is plant-based and biodegradable! We are not messing around when it comes to Mother Earth!
What happens if I did not receive my order?
Things happen! Be sure to check the tracking number sent in the shipping confirmation email to see if there has been a delay in expected delivery date. If you feel like your order may have gone missing, please reach out via email firstname.lastname@example.org or the Contact Me tab and we will see to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
I made a mistake in my order! What do I do?
Don’t worry, but please hurry! If you think you made an error on your order, do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com or the Contact Me tab and let us know! In an effort to send out orders as quickly as possible, we ask that you notify us of any order changes/errors within 24/hrs. If your order has already been shipped in that 24 hours, we will work with you to get you the pieces that you wanted. Please note, Custom Orders, Limited Editions and One of A Kinds are final sale.
I lost an earring! Can I get a single-side replacement?
In most cases, yes! If you lose a side, generally we are happy to sell half-set replacements. Just shoot us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, including a picture of the side you still have and any dimensions where possible. Please note, each piece/pair is handmade and therefore, may not match identically to the replacement. We will try our best! One of a Kinds and Limited Editions may not be applicable for replacement although we will do our best to find a solution.
Can I place a custom order?
Custom requests are welcomed! Head over to the Customs tab to learn more about the process, wire types, make an inquiry and see the customs gallery. Can’t wait to bring your vision to life!
What metals are best for sensitive ears?
Gold or silver are likely your safest options. Sterling silver pieces have sterling silver ear wire, gold fill have gold plated ear wire, and copper have copper ear wire. All brass earrings also have gold plated ear wire as it is a higher-quality, lower-irritant material that we feel better for constant contact with skin. Please consult your doctor for professional advice on what will be best for your sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Every metal is different! Visit the Jewelry Care section in the About tab for more information on how to keep your pieces looking great.
Are chains included in necklace purchases?
Yes! The price of each necklace includes a chain. If you have a custom length in mind, please be sure to contact us via email at email@example.com or through the Contact Me tab and we can make it happen!
Do you do repairs?
When necessary and possible, yes, although we do hope it doesn’t happen! If your pieces does somehow become broken, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the Contact Me tab and we will do our best to get you fixed up and sorted. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping on repairs.
Do you ship internationally (outside the US)?
Yes! Shipping rates vary from country to country and are calculated at checkout. You can find more about shipping in the Shipping and Returns section under the About tab
How long does domestic shipping take?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and can take anywhere between 5-7 business days on average. For more information, check out the Shipping and Returns section of the About tab.
How long does international shipping take?
It varies from country to country depending on postal speeds and customs, so it can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks. For more information, check out the Shipping and Returns section of the About tab.
What if I want to send my order as a gift?
We offer several varieties of gift wrapping, available for purchase in the Gift Wrapping section of the Collections tab. Please denote that your items are a gift at check out to be sure a gift receipt is included. Gift Cards are also available for purchase so you can let your friends and loved-ones choose their very own Mind’s Eye pieces.
What forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and JCB. We also accept payment via PayPal Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. If you would like to pay in installments, we also offer payment via Afterpay.
